We have been using Preen’s linen service since we took over the Hotel 9 years ago.  They provide a quick and efficient service and are very reliable and professional.  Their product is always top quality, and has taken the hassle of staffing a laundry (like in my previous Hotel), having the right equipment, let alone paying for wages, water/electricity and replacing linen.  I highly recommend Preens Linenmaster – you won’t be disappointed, and to make things even better, the people you deal with there, do value your custom and form a strong working relationship.

On behalf of CWC 2015 I would like to thank you, and all the service providers, for the  laundry services provided to teams and officials during the tournament.  The feedback was excellent from all groups involved.

The willingness to assist the teams outside the contracted pickups was greatly appreciated and noted.  Your relationship with the accommodation providers was excellent, and the pre planning work that went into ensure they understood the process and timings was valued.  Laundry was always picked up and delivered on time with no issues.
